Ada is a member of Volciuc-Ionescu’s Corporate/M&A team, with a strong focus on renewable energy projects and ESG, and she co-heads the firm’s Sustainability and ESG practice.

Her experience includes a wide array of domestic and cross-border projects, particularly in the fields of renewable energy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across various sectors. Her expertise primarily centers around guiding clients interested in the energy sector seeking to enter the Romanian market.

Ada’s main focus is to assist clients interested in technologies of the future and sustainable development to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes in the pursuit of environmentally responsible projects.

Recently, Ada assisted a renowned global renewable energy producer in their acquisition of multiple Romanian companies active in the wind energy sector, a prominent global renewable energy company in the acquisition of full ownership in several solar parks in Romania, a leading corporation active in the sustainable building materials industry for their acquisition of a 100% stake in a major Romanian manufacturer, as well as environmental assistance to energy companies engaged in offshore oil and gas operations in the Black Sea.
